Electrical · Automation · Panel shop

From the panel on the shop floor to the screen in the control room.

Solstice is three divisions in one company: electrical contracting, automation and controls, and a panel shop with drafting. Hire one, or all three on the same job.

Why Solstice

Built to be maintained.

You work with the people doing the work

No sales desk and no call center. The manager of the division doing your job is who you talk to, from the first call to startup and after.

Electrical and controls, one company

Usually the electrician and the integrator are two contracts and two schedules. With us it's one company, so nothing falls in the gap between them.

Tested before it ships

PLC and HMI code runs against a simulation first, so startup day is checkout, not debugging.

Screens operators can read

Graphics stay grey until something needs attention (ISA-101), and alarms follow ISA-18.2, so the ones that sound are the ones that matter.

Our own SCADA platform

Raylux runs anything from a single pump station to a full plant, with trends and alarms built in and without large license costs.

How we work

Four steps. One rung.

  1. 01 · XIC

    Design

Specs, schematics, panel layouts and bill of materials.

  2. 02 · TON

    Build

Shop fabrication, labeling and a full wire-check.

  3. 03 · JSR

    Program

PLC, HMI and SCADA, run against a simulation before anything ships.

  4. 04 · OTE

    Commission

Startup, I/O checkout, operator training and as-builts. The coil energizes.
